Apple: our Apple parts are OEM equivalent and are sourced from the same manufacturer Apple uses. We have an extensive QC all of our parts go through to ensure they are the highest level of quality.
Chromebooks: Our Chromebooks come from a variety of sources. We tear down recycled units and use the parts or find other recyclers who do the same. We are also Dell and Acer certified and can source from both directly.
We cover shipping both ways via FedEx and can provide any necessary shipping materials.
We will replace the device. If a replacement is unavailable the customer will receive payment in lieu of a replacement unit
